Athlete Membership

Recreational Athlete

  • Receive an automatic membership upon participating for the first time in any WushuAlberta sanctioned recreational event
  • Register through your participant or full member club
  • Basic membership fee applied is $20.00
  • Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of event or application
  • Basic membership benefits include:
    • Eligibility to participate in event
    • Valid insurance coverage for event participation

High Performance Athlete

  • Receive an automatic membership upon participating for the first time in any WushuAlberta sanctioned High Performance event
  • Register through your participant or full member club
  • Basic membership fee applied is $50.00
  • Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of event or application
  • Membership benefits include:
    • Eligibility to participate in WushuOntario High Performance events
    • Access to quality event production, staffing and officiating
    • Valid insurance coverage for event participation
    • Access to performance related incentives and support if athlete is registered through and Full Member Club
